The 335 Dot-Reissue debuted in 1982 and was Gibsons atempt to build 335 guitars like in the golden 50s. They returned that year to necks with a medium C-profil and wide fretboard as found on late 50s/early 60s Gibsons and small 50s-style headstock and Grover tuners (tuners had been changed once, there are some small holes which have been filled, the original Grover tuners are back on. The two original Gibson "Tim Shaw" humbuckers have moderate outputs of aprox. 7K-Ohm similar to early PAFs and sound great in that guitar!
