1966 Gibson ES-335 TD - Sunburst incl. original Case
Beautiful 1966 Gibson ES-335 TD Sunburst finish in very good + condition. The guitar has some minor play-wear and a bit of the typical weatherchecking. The Sunburst finish is still very bright in color, a bigsby has been mounted at one time, maybe an early factory refit - it's an peroid correct Bigsby and the correct carved thumbwheels. The frets are still in good condition, the neck is well adjusted and comfortable to play. The tuners had been replaced once bute the original double-line Klusons are back in place. They work fine and stay in tune. The pickguard mounting washer is missing and has been replaced. The "Pat.Nr.-sticker" humbuckers have well balanced and strong outputs of N=8,03K and B=8,12K. The pots read 137.66.18 (18th week of 1966). This ES-335 sounds amazing! We immediately fell in love ith it. The guitar comes in its original black Gibson hardshell-case w/yellow lining.
