Gibson / ES-335 TD / 1967 / Sunburst / Guitar
Beautiful example of an all correct 1967 Gibson ES-335 TD in unfaded and vibrant, original sunburst. The chrome hardware is still gleaming and it even has the rarely seen Victoria Luggage black / yellow case which itself is in excellent shape.
There is hardly a mark on this superb guitar, just a few very minor dings including one on the back of the neck and a few tiny ones around the headstock. No buckle rash, no major checking and no touch ups or overspray or breaks or repairs anywhere.
Nice feeling, classic late 60’s slim taper neck profile that is favoured by a fair few, pretty decent players. There is a bit of wear on the lower frets but I have seen and played a lot worse than this and I do not think most people will have any problems at all.
Both PAT Number, sticker pickups are strong and mighty fine sounding, the covers have never been removed and all solder is intact leading to the pots so they have not been rewound.
Not much more to say about this really, just have a look at the many pics from all angles and see the very fine shape it is in for yourself. It is definitely one of the nicest 1967 ES-335’sw we have had here for a while…
