This is a 1966 Gibson ES-335 in amazing condition and with modest flame, and with a comfortable wider 41mm nut width, Features include; Maple body, cream binding, Pat. number Pickups, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, bound with cream binding, block inlays, Outstanding condition. All original finish, pickguard, hardware, original electronics, great original condition, all original finish, some wear to the peghead edges, very little wear in general, Black headstock with Gibson Logo and Crown inlay, Original kluson tuners with double ring tulip knobs, 2 volume and 2 tone knobs and one switch, tune-o-matic chrome plated bridge with wire, and nylon saddles, Chrome pickup covers, neck joins body at 19th fret, comfortable neck shape, not to thin, original Bigsby guitar, There is the some finish crazing but very little, the cherry finish has matured into a lovely 'ice tea' finish. wear to the back of the neck and frets, and some minor dings here and there, but the overall impression is that of a guitar in remarkable condition. Set up nicely, and a lightweight, that is comfortable, pickups with excellent output, a Round slim C-profile neck with still a relatively comfortable nut width compared to others of the 'pencil-neck' era, and of course most important is the inspiring tone. In the vintage world the ES-335 is next to being a great and very versatile guitar- considered to be one of the best possible investments, with great expectation of value development. With original black Gibson hardshell-case with yellow lining.
