This is a really the coolest “special ordered” 335 model we’ve ever encountered in a lovely Walnut stained finish over a highly grainy maple body front, back & sides, its got an early 3 piece mahogany neck w/a volute & made in USA stamp, its got some great options obviously including a White bound 355 Pearl Block inlaid fingerboard w/a pair of White Bound F-holes to match, she has a killer variety of tones available thru its 2 Pat.# “stickered” Humbucking pickups with highly unusual Black pickup “boo-boo rings” in place under its black plastic surrounds as often used during this era, she is also sporting a rare set of chrome plated Kluson Deluxe “Ribbed Back” tuners ala Les Paul Custom, all of its chrome hardware is nice including its tun-a-matic bridge & trapeze tailpiece, rare period chrome capped Black volume & tone knobs albeit a small piece of its volume knob edge is missing, lastly its got 1 of the last factory orange labels clearly still in tact as well as a very clean original pickgard, she’s exceptionally clean shape overall & a 100% original example, this is 1 wild & original 335 & comes in her original black tolex/yellow lined hardshell case.
