Based off of the lovingly named guitar of the legendary B.B. King, the Gibson Lucille draws from the various ES-355s that King used and modified over the years. The semi-hollowbodied Lucille has no F-holes, intended to reduce feedback, and boasts two humbuckers along with a tunable TP-6 bridge. The headstock logo has changed over the years, originally simply saying Lucille on this fairly early artist model from 1995.
The guitar is in very good condition for its age, some minor play marks, the black finish being a very difficult one to get perfectly clean, even though we've tried! There is a couple of very minor lacquer blemishes, possibly from manufacture, minimal orange peel, no bigger than a thumb nail and as pictured.. we are being picky!
The neck feels great, frets are in terrific shape and the electrics all sound superb. Has just been serviced and setup with 10's. Comes complete with original hard case and paperwork.

The guitars all go through the 12th Fret workshop for servicing and setting up prior to being listed on the website and our Reverb Shop and can be adjusted to suit your setup requirements before shipping. All the guitars are very well packed and shipped within a day of purchase. All guitars are available to view & demo at the showroom based in East Sussex. We are able to offer part exchange on most items for sale.
