Gibson’s F5-Goldrush features a beautiful golden amber finish on a AAA flamed maple back, sides, and neck, and spruce top. Trimmed with a detailed black-and-white binding that gracefully adorns the body and follows the length of the fingerboard, the stunning appearance of the Goldrush is matched only by its incredible tone. Tap-tuned for unparalleled response, with a brilliant and singing chop, the handcrafted Goldrush is bold enough to be heard over larger instruments and sweet enough to stand alone. It is the latest in the long line of classics from Gibson, the inventors of the F-style mandolin. This is a very early production run w/2 white labels for its authenticity. Completed on February 23rd, 2006. It features an F-Style Figured Maple Body w/ Spruce Top & Golden Amber Finish w/ Gloss Lacquer Overcoat, Unbound F-Holes, Swirl Body Design, a 13-29/32″ Scale, Rounded V Figured Maple Neck w/ Ebony Fretboard, Adjustable Ebony Bridge w/ Gold Tailpiece & Grover Tuners. She’s Incredible in all respects & has only slight play time. She’s truly Near Mint & comes w/its original bill of sale & info sheet in its groovy black/red lined square hard case.
