This is a stunning early example of this iconic Jazz guitar, its Redish-Brown Sunburst finish is the quintessential color of Gibson’s best period, its got a stunning spruce top & carved maple back & sides show off its finish perfectly, its got a very wide fingerboard…just what any of us crave, it is also equipped with a “Prototype” JS pickup having an insert of Tortoiseshell showing thru the pole piece holes & a very desirable option, its all gold parts are still quite clean, its Grover Imperial tuners work well, its orange label is still clear & intact, overall she is exceptionally clean & 100% original, she comes with its original black hard case.
