Rare gem!
A very special guitar, in a very special color. It is estimated that Gibson has built between 30 and 38 L6S Midnight Specials in custom color - and this must be said to be one of them. The 'Midnight Special' model was originally made for Paul Stanley from KISS and is based on the Paul Lawrence-designed L6S, which Gibson spent a lot of resources to make a success - whether it was successful remains to be seen.
As you can see, the guitar has had its fair share of sunshine jobs, as the front has faded more from the sun than the back.
The guitar appears original except for a set of newer Gibson Deluxe tuning screws.
