This is a real cool & clean 1959 Gibson LG-3 Model Flat Top Guitar made in Kalamazoo, Michigan. its Natural finish is over a nice Spruce top w/Gibsons very desirable X Bracing, its natural stained mahogany back and sides are super clean w/no cracks ever. Its 1 piece mahogany neck has a fabulous figured Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. She still sports her original 3-on-a-side Kluson Tuners. The frets are in excellent shape. The original Brazilian Rosewood bridge is perfectly intact, which is a minor miracle on one of these. It’s stamped w/an “S” date code on its neck block for 1959. The guitar plays very well with an unusually deep, rich tone w/plenty of volume. This is quite a clean example, very solid & all original. Its exceptionally clean overall & comes w/a newer hard case.
