Gibson / Les Paul 1959 Reissue Left-Handed / 2008 / Iced Tea / Guitar
After the ’50s Les Paul craze back in the ‘80s and ‘90s thanks to guitarists like Clapton, today it’s practically impossible to get an original 1959 Les Paul without talking $200+k and up. Thanks to the Historic Reissue Series, we can have an exact copy with a very similar sound for a fraction of what an original would cost. The reissue has a great level of detail when compared to the classic: carved flamed maple top, ‘59 rounded neck, VOS finish and Burstbucker pickups are among its main features. The VOS finish is a “sort” of relic process (more noticeable on metal parts) that gives the impression of a fifty-year natural aging. The finish has a patina that dulls out the glossy shine a little bit. Quite nice. As for the Burstbuckers, there are all kinds of opinions, which is normal since the bobbin winding process isn’t exact, making some of them sound better than others. But these obviously sound killer (that is a must in our guitars). Very explosive and round/warm tones. Wonderful.
In a mint, under-the-bed condition, these are pretty hard to get in lefty configuration, specially in this condition & price! Includes OHSC (Lifton case!!), Certificate of Authenticity and case candy.

Guitar Giraffe, Spain
In the last few years, online sale for musical instruments has experienced an amazing growth, but has passed right through the pre-owned market (that is, in Spain), limiting it to specialised forums and private owners. This is why Guitar Giraffe was born, the first physical and online second hand guitar and amp store (we like to call it "pre-owned", since we see a big difference between both terms), with a clear commitment of giving new options to guitarists locally and worldwide. Pre-owned guitar stores, so common in UK and USA, were practically nonexistent in Spain. We’ve wanted to fill that empty space by becoming the first physical and online store in our country focused on pre-owned guitars and amps.
