Gibson / Les Paul 1959 VOS Left-Handed Lefty / 2013 / Iced Tea / Guitar

Dear Southpaws, you're looking at a guitar you won't see every day: a stunning example of a lefty 2013 Gibson 1959 Les Paul R9. Great weight (8.5 lbs), outstanding ribbon curl top, and all the 2013 appointments. You might see other lefty R9's, but... can they rival this? :)
You all know it isn't easy to find left-handed R9's where all aspects meet the most demanding requirements, especially when it comes to weight and top. This is about as good as it get's for a lefty '59 top, with a truly sensational ribbon curl Eastern maple, just like some of the best originals had. The great Iced Tea sunburst speaks for itself, too.
Of course, this is a 2013 guitar: one-piece fretboard, no-sleeve truss rod, aniline dye, hide glue neck set, improved binding color (more vintage looking), new Kluson tuners, stock Custom Buckers and real celluloid inlays.
The guitar has been with us for a couple weeks before we've decided to put it up for sale (there is STILL a reluctant southpaw at Guitar Giraffe). The sustain it huge, with super rich tones and great sparkle, especially in the bridge position. The neck position has amazing aggressiveness.
We have to insist on this top's beauty... that ribbon curl has so much going on. Check the two first pictures from the gallery: same framing, opposite lighting (first light on one side, then on the other), and see how much depth that 3D flame has. Amazing. Also, don't miss the super-dark fretboard.
Just look for another lefty guitar that's so well balanced and sounding, with such beautiful color and top. Gibson seems to forget about southpaws most of the time, but not time.
It is in new condition, period. No scratches, dings, wear... nothing. Just like out of the factory. Includes COA, case candy, tags, OHSC brown Lifton case.
Definitely one the best lefty R9's I've ever seen and definitely the best lefty 2013/14 yet.

Guitar Giraffe, Spain
In the last few years, online sale for musical instruments has experienced an amazing growth, but has passed right through the pre-owned market (that is, in Spain), limiting it to specialised forums and private owners. This is why Guitar Giraffe was born, the first physical and online second hand guitar and amp store (we like to call it "pre-owned", since we see a big difference between both terms), with a clear commitment of giving new options to guitarists locally and worldwide. Pre-owned guitar stores, so common in UK and USA, were practically nonexistent in Spain. We’ve wanted to fill that empty space by becoming the first physical and online store in our country focused on pre-owned guitars and amps.
