This is an undeniably cool and RARE 2006 Gibson R7 Historic Custom Shop VOS Les Paul CHAMBERED '57 Goldtop. This guitar comes with its original hardshell case, pictured case candy and its certificate of authenticity. We have never seen a chambered Les Paul of this category in the flesh/wood. The guitar measures 1 5/8" at the nut and weighs in at 7.5 pounds. It features hand wound P.A.F. pickups, a long neck tenon, Bumble Bee caps and bound Rosewood fretboard. Very few of these were made and even fewer come up for sale. This piece hails from a large collection of guitars that were unplayed and mostly untouched. There is virtually no playtime on this piece and it's in excellent condition. Run it through a Tweed Twin, AC-30 TB or a Princeton Reverb and this thing goes off the rails! One fine R7 Gold Top!
