Unique and extremely rare Gibson Custom Shop 10th Anniversary Les Paul custom made in 2003. In 2003 Gibson's Custom, Art & Historic division celebrated their 10th anniversary with four special models (one each quarter in limited edition of 30 pieces although numbers vary and we suspect less than a handfull were made of these). These unique guitars featured a Diamond White Sparkle finish and highly engraved gold hardware. The four models were the CS-356 (Q3 2003), the '68 Les Paul Custom (Q2), SG Custom (Q4) and finally the L-4 CES(Q1). These four guitars payed tribute to a century's worth of Gibson history, as well as a decade of Custom Shop artistry. This '68 Les Paul Custom features a unique and breathtaking Diamond White Sparkle Finish, highly engraved gold hardware, 628mm (24 3/4") scale length, 43mm (1 11/16") nut width, mahogany body with a maple top, maple neck with rosewood fretboard, split parallelogram inlays, gold tuners, gold tailpiece, 4 control knobs (2x volume, 2x tone) and a 3-way switch. She's truly a sight to behold, and the tone 100% matches it's looks. Very responsive, resonant, full and smooth with perfect playability. A Truly amazing collectors piece. The guitar is in excellent condition, the gold hardware is fading in places, there's some weatherchecking on the finish and some bucklerash on the back. ABOUT US

I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out. Wherever possible, we would recommend that you visit our store and experience our instruments and service first hand. However, because of our high standards you can be confident of ordering online from us. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome your feedback.
