1969 Gibson Les Paul Custom - Ebony ...all 68 features!
Early 1969 Gibson Les Paul Custom - Ebony in very good condition for its age. The guitar is alloriginal, it had Schallers once the original Kluson Waffleback tuners are back on and work great. Some minor playwear mostly on the backside and the usual fading of the golden hardware. The guitar sports all the desirable features of the 1968 Les Paul Custom, such as: 1-piece body, 1-piece neck, long neck-tennon (body and neck!), 2x well-balanced "Pat.-Nr. sticker" humbucking pickups with outputs of 7,44K and 7,63K, all 4 pots are stamped 137.68.52 (52nd week of 1968). The bridge-studs have been re-doweld, as they where loose (a comon problem!) and the frets have been refretted, otherwise no cracks, repairs or other hidden damages. Nice lightweight with only 4,32Kg and the neck has a big C-shape, which is very comfortable to play. Comes including the orig. black Gibson hardshell case with yellow lining.
