Very unusual & short lived “Lite” model w/a thinner 1 3/8” thick body depth w/a contoured back, a cool version of Gibson’s top line Les Paul Custom, its rich Tobacco finish is super clean, beautiful 1 piece mahogany neck with its pearl block inlaid ebony fretboard, its PAF Humbucking pickups “pop” inside its thin mahogany body & are quite different than a normal fatter depth body Les Paul, all gold hardware, made only for 4 years and discontinued in 1990, Gibson reintroduced this “Lite” version recently making these originals more collectible, this example is all original & truly near mint, she comes with its original brown hard case.
