1958 Gibson Les Paul Junior DC - Cherry incl. orig. Aligator case
First year and real early version of the Gibson Junior with double-cutaway in excellent and all original condition. The first version of DC-Juniors had sharper body edges and a 4-digit serialnumber and the P-90 Pickup was actually a "Soapbar" mounted with 2 screws to the bottom of the body. Lightweight with only ca. 3,4 kg and a wonderful wide and big neck profil, but not bulky or chunky at all. The tuners had been changed to Schallers at one time, the original Kluson "on a stripe" with their original bushigs are backon and work perfect. Nice and strong cherry color, almost no fading and only little playwear, untouched soderjoints, the pots are dated 1958, 1x "bumble bee" capacitor and one screaming P-90 pickup with an whooping output of ca. 9,12(!) K-Ohm make this axe a real rocker! Comes in its original brown aligator case.
