1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior DC - Cherry incl. brown hardshell case
Nice 1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior DC in very good condition. The guitar is all original, except it had some Grovers installed in the past, original Kluson-Ri tuners are back on now (no aditional holes have been drilled!) and the tailpiece studs have been relocated a few mm for better intonation, the aera around has been touched up. Other than that, there are no cracks, breaks or damages to the guitar. Nice lightweight with only 3,30Kg kg and a wonderful wide and big neck profil, but not bulky or chunky at all. Very strong cherry color on the backside, the front of the body allready shows some fading. The complete electronic is original with untouched soderjoints, the pots are stamped 304.9.19, dating them to 19th week of 1959, 1x "bumble bee" capacitor and one screaming P-90 "dog-ear" pickup with an healthy output of 8,57K. Great affordable vintage guitar with great sound and comfortable to play! Comes in newer brown hardshell case w/pink interior.
