While the catalog called this guitar an "SG Special" as of November of 1959, I've listed it here as a Les Paul Special so that it can be easily found by those looking for a double cutaway Special. It has just arrived from the granddaughter of its original owner and has never suffered a neck break or repair! It's a fantastic player and is factory out of phase in the middle position.
