Clean 1952 Gibson Les Paul "Standard" Goldtop all original and in excellent condition. The first year for the Les Paul model, still without serial number. It's got that early Trapeze bridge/-tailpiece combination and the tall "speed-knobs". The original tailpiece remains in the case and the much better working Mojoaxe Tailpiece is installed which makes it play great with low action. The instrument has some playwear but mostly on the top - the guitar i still pretty clean on the back. It has the typical weather checking and the original frets are still in great shape - it must have been played with flatwound strings. The neck is full and round ... but not too chunky and very comfortable to play. The two P-90 "Soap-bars" have outputs of N=7,37K and B=7,39K and sound superb in that guitar. Great light weight with of only 3995g. Wonderful sounding Les Paul, it's got the glorious tone&feel that made these guitar famous. Great piece of history, collector's item and awesome player! Comes in it's original Gibson brown hardshell case with pink lining.
