1984 Gibson Les Paul Standard - Cherry Sunburst
Clean and original 1984 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Cherry Sunburst in excellent condition for its 30(!) years. There is some minor playwear and a ding on lower part of the binding, otherwise real clean! Very well built with a 1-piece mahagoni body / 2-piece (bookmatched) maple top and a 1-piece mahagoni neck, a real lightweight with only 3,85Kg! This is amazing, as those where the last Les Pauls with a solid 1-piece mahagony body before Gibson started to "weight-relief" their bodys . The neck has a comfortable mid-C shape, big, but not chunky. The original Pat.Nr.-"Tim Shaw" pickups are well balanced with N=7,18K-Ohm and B=7,25K-Ohm and sound great. Comes in it´s orig. black Gibson case with red lining.
