Gibson / Les Paul Std. 30th Anniversary / 1982 / Gold Top / Guitar For Sale
This is a wonderful 1982 Gibson Les Paul Std. 30th Anniversary. It’s a very early attempt by Gibson to start reviving the vintage 50’s guitars again but w/a modern take. This honored the 1952 Les Paul w/its beautiful Gold Top finish w/a natural mahogany back, side & neck finish. Its a very early example having a cool “B 0009” serial # similar to the Heritage Flying V’s of the day that started w/an “A” thru “F” followed by a production run # such as this one sporting a “B” from early 1982. Loaded w/a set of Tim Shaw PAF Reissue pickups along w/Pot Codes dating to the 35th week of 1981. It’s got some weather checking all over but no play time wear at all. It’s 100% original & near mint overall. She comes in a nice mid-70’s Black Tolex case.
