This is a beautiful example of Gibson’s 90’s attempts at making a true 1958 Reissue & when they started making better guitars across the board. Its Lemon’burst finish is quite lovely over an extremely flamey maple top. Its see-thru cherry red back/sides are brilliant & she looks like she’s 2-3 years old. She’s equipped w/2 early factory PAF pickups, original pots appear dated to 1998 but not legible. She does have a cool R8 stamp in the contral cavity. She has a nice pickgard, cool Kluson tuners w/a nickel tun-a-matic bridge & stop tailpiece. Its only 9 lbs. 2 oz. Just in from its original owner. It is truly Near Mint & comes in a nice hard case.
