This 1983 Gibson Les Paul Standard was special ordered in its Tobacco Sunburst finish w/a factory Gibson Kahler Vibrato. It has the classic feel and looks we have come to love about the Les Paul but with cool Hard Rock side a la 80’s Hair Band days. It has a 1 piece mahogany body with a maple top w/a super comfortable 3 piece walnut stained Maple neck w/no volute. She’s adorned w/all chrome hardware to compliment its stunning finish. She’s got a pair of Tim Shaw Humbucking pickups that sound great. Its got 4 Gold speed knobs, a three-way selector switch & a Kahler Wammy Bar. The rosewood fingerboard has White trapezoid inlays. Its Gibson tuners hold tune well. She has a cream pickgard & pickup rings. She’s 9 lbs. 15 oz. w/killer sustain & tone qualities. A perfect example for that picky Les Paul guy adding unusual pieces to his collection. She’s truly near mint overall & comes in its original black molded hard shell case.
