In the many years of discovering Les Pauls, their weight seems to become a factor on many occasions. Some guys don't mind a 10 lb Custom, while others want their R9s to be in the mid-8 lb range and I once lost the sale of a relic'd R9 because it weighed 8 lbs, 10 oz and the potential buyer wanted one that weighed 8 lbs, 8 oz or less. I never knew two ounces could be so important...

In that light, we're proud to offer this Studio Premium Plus that weighs in at an incredible 7 lbs even. Throw this one over your shoulder and you can be 90 years old and still do four sets in the club, if such a thing still exists. The neck is a nice, comfortable "C" shape and the twin 498Ts provide all the growl you could ever want out of one of these beasts. This is one solid Les Paul that will serve you quite well for many years to come.

This guitar has been well-taken care of and is in excellent condition. There are a couple of very light pintip dings that are hard to find and a small patch of what appears to be sticker residue on the lower edge of the guitar. You'll also have to look for this, but it's there and that's why we have made the mention. It's been detailed, restrung with fresh strings and set up so it will arrive ready to go with no excuses.
