Gibson / Les Paul/SG Custom / 1961 / Polaris White / Guitar

Gorgeous example in Polaris White finish that has a cool slightly yellowed patina, it has none of the discoloration nor weather checking most of these have & is really clean, its 3 PAF pickups are warm & delicious, its 1 piece mahogany neck is super wide & flat as you’d expect, its block inlaid ebony fingerboard still retains its original “fretless wonder” frets, its serial # dates to 1961, its pot codes are dated from the 20th week of 1961, its white multi layered pickgard, back plate & its Les Paul name plate are clean & not warped, factory Grover tuners & nylon saddled tun-a-matic bridge, gold capped black knobs, its gold hardware has some wear, mostly on its side-by-side vibrato unit, overall this is one of the best all original examples we have ever had & is a true no excuse example to be proud of, she comes with a clean Black gator case with yellow lining.
