Here's yet another great consignment piece from a cool California collection! Gibson made approximately 188 of these Lonnie Mack Flying V's in 1993- 1994 and with this guitar being dated as a 1998 model, it is surely a late leftover guitar from that run. These rarely come up for sale- at the time of this writing, we've only been able to find two others on the market, so that officially places this guitar into the "gotta have one" category. The Bigsby on this V is solid and allows you to get aggressive on the whammy, if you know what I mean and the action is low and very easy on the hands. This is what we call an "under the radar" guitar because there weren't very many made and they tend to stay somewhat hidden from the public eye. The package includes the original, pink- lined hardshell case and some paperwork. Simply put, if you're in the market for one of those great, late- 90's limited Gibsons, then this Mack V fits that bill perfectly.
