1965 Gibson Melody Maker - Cherry incl. orig. Alligator case
Clean 1965 Gibson Melody Maker - Cherry in very good condition. The guitar has been modified with a rare early 60s Gibson Patent-Sticker Mini-Humbucker. This pickup with the split pole-pieces was made by Gibson for the Silvertone 1446 Seth Lover. It fits perfect in this guitar and sounds really really good. The beautiful cherry finish hasn´t faded at all and still is bright in color. The original frets are in good shape, it´s a full scale version with a scale-lenght of 625 mm, the solid 1-piece mahagony neck has a big C-profile, but is comfortable to play. Comes in its orig. Alligator case.
