Good condition, 6/10, Made in USA, including original hardcase, the tuners have been replaced, some wear in the finish, the mini switch does nothing since all the original Moog components have been removed but the original pots and 3-way are still in place, all 4 pots are dated 1377747 (47th week of 1977), minimal checking and some edge wear with wear to the gold plating
