Gibson / SG Standard MINT / 1969 / Cherry / Guitar
This is something that does not pop up every day in this spectacular condition - this is probably the finest 1969 Gibson SG Standard you will ever see...
It is just about MINT condition and there is hardly a mark on it anywhere, this includes the original case too. Needless to say it is totally 100% original including that very cute, factory fitted, goof hider on the end strap pin!
You see so many of these that are faded, dinged, worn or re-fretted, changed tuners etc but not this beauty. It is totally spectacular, just as it would have looked when new and I guarantee your jaw will hit the floor as soon as you open the case.
Should you dare to even think about playing it ;-) I can assure you it does play real well. There is ZERO wear on the fretboard and frets and it is superbly set up, like new, but 47 years old.
Pretty much a time capsule piece, in fact until Elon Musk gets around to patenting a time machine, this is as good as it's going to get.
I also have a totally MINT 1968 SG Special with tags too if anyone fancies a nice pair...
