This is an original 1st issue 1961 SG Std. Historic Reissue in its beautiful faded Cherry Red finish. Its 1 piece mahogany neck is super wide & really flat. She has a no volute or made in USA stamp. Its got a bound Rosewood fingerboard w/trapezoid inlays. You get a nice variety of tones thru its PAF Humbucking pickups. She has an original type set of Kluson tuners. Its original Small Black’gard looks perfect. Still sporting all Nickel hardware that’s faded nicely including its pickup covers, ABR-1 & Stop Tailpiece. Lastly she’s wearing black/chrome capped volume & tone knobs. Overall she’s near mint & she’s an amazing playing & sounding SG at 1/4 the price of an original. She comes in her matching Brown Tolex hard case.
