Goodall / Koa Grand Concert KGC / 1996 / Guitar
Goodall Koa Grand Concert, KGC (1996) Hawaiian Koa & Spruce
This is a 1996 James Goodall KGC , or in other words Hawaiian Grand Concert, featuring solid & premium Hawaiian Koa back and sides, Selected solid Mastergrade Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany neck, typical for Goodall- very dark ebony fingerboard and bridge. This is a very nice and impressive sounding 'Grand concert model', that is actually just a hair (1/8") wider compared to a OM model with her 15 1/8" lower bout. The body is alos a bit deeper, 112mm (4 2/5"). These measurements make for a full sounding guitar in all registers, an amazing and noble sounding guitar like all Goodall guitars are, with a strong and even- balanced and matured tone, heaven on earth for the finger-stylist, or gentle picker, silky and piano-like so typical for this wood combination. Other features include rosewood bound Koa headstock-overlay, gloss natural finish, pearl slotted diamond inlays, 45.7mm (almost 1 13/16") nut width, 650mm (25 1/2") scale length, 58.4mm(2 5/16" ) fingerspacing at the bridge creating extra space for your right hand. Includes ebony truss-cover, winged "G" inlay, comfortable modest c-shape neck-profile, Schaller tuners, without significant signs of use usually seen on a 15 year old guitar- only some 'angel-hair' fretwear and a few small dings to the rosewood binding. James Goodall guitars are sought after for perfect balance and great string separation. These are amazing guitars that sell new around 6500 to 7000 Euro, this beauty is handcrafted by James Goodall in Hawaii USA, and comes with original hard-case.

The Fellowship Of Acoustics, Netherlands
ABOUT US
I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out. Wherever possible, we would recommend that you visit our store and experience our instruments and service first hand. However, because of our high standards you can be confident of ordering online from us. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome your feedback.
