Gretsch / Custom Shop Masterbuilt G6128-CS 58 Duo Jet Stephen Stern / 2018 / White / Guitar

Stephen Stern is the BEST, well that’s what one forum post claims at least. Spearheading the custom shop at Gretsch for many years now, he is highly regarded amongst the guitar building community and players alike for his craftsmanship and attention to detail.

A killer lightweight example, the guitar has been lightly aged and really does look the part. The mahogany back is quite something

The neck is in great shape with its glossy finish. The fretboard is also in superb shape as are the frets.

The hardware is exceptional.

The electronics are in perfect shape and have remained untouched.

The guitar comes with its correct tweed covered hardshell case

Sonically this guitar delivers. The unamplified sound has a clear tone that really translates plugged in. Both pickups sound wonderful, offering quite the tonal palette. The springiness of the Bigsby is also so pleasing.

If you're on the lookout for a killer Gretsch then stop immediately and get yourself over here, this may be the one for you…
