The Cadillac of guitars! In fact, this was part of its purpose when it was first created: not only compete against Gibson’s Super 400, but to create a flashy and “hip” look for the time. It was an immediate success, not so much between the jazzmen, who stuck to their Gibsons, but within the rock’n’roll/rockabilly scene. Finally a guitar that could match the looks of their pimped-up Caddilacs! The sales of the White Falcon eventually decreased as the genre changed with the years, stopping production in 1980 when the factory closed down.
Today it is availiable as a very detailed reissue of the ones made back in the 50’s! Gold-plated hardware, sparkle gold binding, FilterTron pickups, Bigsby... just as back in the good old days!
In a fantastic, near mint condition, only shows very light signs of wear on some of the gold plating in the pickup/bridge/Bigsby area. No bumps, dings, buckle rash or any other issues of any kind. 100% original. We know these retail for around 3300€, so it is a great opportunity at this price.
