Gretsch Mid 60's Progressive Jazz Outfit :Sizes: 20/14, 12/8, 14/14, and 14/5 SnareShells: 5-ply. Finish: Original Blue Sparkle.Details: This kit was built during mid 60's.The kick drum wrap is tight, and the seam is original. The sparkle wrap has aged perfectly with no fade and has the beautiful broken glass glitter reflection. The bass drums hoops have the original inlays and the paint work is original and faultless. The T-rods and claws are clean with no pitting, as are the lugs. Internally the drum is painted silver and has the 'paper tag' intact. 'Pratt' -muffler intact and working.Rail mount is in good,clean working order, as is the cymbal mount and arm. The 12" tom is fitted with diamond plate mount. The tom wrap clean, bright with no fading and the seam is tight. The chrome work shows no pitting, and the hoops are clean with no damage and corrosion. Both internal mufflers are present and in good working order. All tension bolts appear to be original. The drums interior silver sealer is flawless.The 14" floor tom wrap is clean and bright, with no fading and the beautiful glass effect, the seam appears original and tight. The lugs and hoops show no pitting and are clean and bright.Both mufflers are clean and in good working order.All mounts are working and clean, with original legs. Tension bolts are all original.The interior finish is clean and original.The snare is in excellent original condition too. The wrap is tight and bright, with no fading. The Lightning strainer and 4-point adjuster are clean and work well.Internally the drum is clean and the reso-coat is clean and the muffler works well.Chrome work is clean on the 8-lugs, hoops have no wear and marks.Heads; The kick has Original Permatone clear reso and an Aquarian American Vintage Batter .Toms have American Vintage Batters and assorted resos.Snare has Ambassador batter and HazyWhat We Say:This kit sounds incredible and looks out of this world. The finish is very clean and original, and reflects any light and really shimmers!!A collectors or players kit, the drums are in superb condition and all chrome work is clean and bright.These drums have that 'Great Gretsch Sound'!!!
