Guild Guitars / M-85 II Bass Cheryl Crow / 1972 / Cherry Red Finish / Bass

The Guild M-85 II Bass was a cool solid body bass made between 1972-1976. These are quite rare & is a superior electric bass that will deliver a ton of bottom to your next gig. This early 2 pickup model has the rarest & most desirable all Cherry finish just like the M-85 II made famous by Cheryl Crow for decades. It’s all mahogany construction, arched top but best of all…2 Guild Humbucking pickups that are the stuff of legends. Produced in their factory in Rhode Island, these have a vicious and unsettling growl w/a thunderous presence. Its rosewood fingerboard features mother of pearl dot inlays and its classic headstock w/its Chesterfield inlay. This is an exceptionally clean all original example & comes in its rare black tolex/yella lined hard case.
