Old Knov Semi -Double Horn with a rich sound 5 Rotary
[Overview]
Knov (Knopf) F/B ♭ Semi -double French horn. 5 Rotary with A Stopky. Yellow brass, low brass (no lacquer), bell cut. Includes one -piece hard case (case table cross -rolled and damaged). Products around 1970.
[situation]
Due to no lacquer specifications, the surface discoloration and dirt are found over the whole, but no serious rust or corrosion has occurred. There is a history of disassembly and repair in the past, but there is no noticeable accident history in the past, because there is a re -inserted solder in the pillar of the mouse pipe and the blaze (holding seat). All jurisdiction and maintained.
The A -stop quic lever is far away. It will not reach unless you stretch your thumb firmly. The smaller hand is a little difficult. Bell cut processing is not the original, but a later remodeling.
[feature]
Helbert Knopf's semi -double horn. Except for parts that require strength, such as lever, columns, blaze mouse pipes, are made of almost brass. Although it is a specification that can be seen in the instrument produced during the war, which does not supply metal, the arrivals are considered to be products since the second generation Johannes era, 1969, according to the shape and structure of each part. After the war, it was a workshop that had a bad deal with the government and was restricted to supply materials, so it seems that there were such individuals. As a result of the large brass tube, the response is good, and the rich expression of the weak sound and the richness of the expressiveness with the bright and rich sound during the strong play are attractive.
