Terms and conditions



The following terms and conditions apply to all instruments purchased by Hertz Music, where no other written agreements between buyer and Hertz Music.

Returns / exchanges:

Should you, contrary to expectations, cancel a purchase made on www.hertzmusic.dk, you may within 14 days after receipt return the product (as opposed to Showroom store 8 days). This, however, that the product appears as new.

Money back:

Money for returned products is usually sent by check within five business days.
Shipping Costs in connection with the purchase, return or repair of products shall not be returned.

Return of defective products:

Do you have a defective product, it is important that you contact us at www.Hertzmusic.dk before sending the item to us. If it appears that the instrument is defective and must be repaired or replaced, you will receive a new instrument soon thereafter.

Warranty:

All instruments purchased from www.hertzmusic.dk is naturally covered by the current Danish Sale of Goods Act. Remember to save your invoice, should a problem arise.

There is a 2 year warranty on all products effective from date of invoice. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. After the warranty expired, the Hertz Music shall not be liable for errors or defects in the goods.

In case of errors in the goods which falls under warranty, returns Hertz Music product without cost to the buyer. Buyer pays shipping by shipping himself from buyer for Hertz Music. For repairs within reklamationsrettten a copy of purchase invoice / receipt enclosed. Otherwise settled repair in accordance with applicable tariffs.

Warranty is void if the defect is due to circumstances caused by the buyer, accident or abuse of goods or misuse of this.
