'65 HOFNER VIOLIN BASS 500/1 Model, Violin Burst, EXC New corect Hard Case. The Hofner 500/1 was Paul's main bass from 1961 to 1965 code BA63
Very nice 1965 Hofner 500/1 Beatle Bass with a strong straight neck with low action, very good frets ready to play. Some ding & dong but wery low war as you see in photo. Pickup are really powerful and balanced. It has raised logo on headstock, staple pickups. Very nice flammed back side. No breaks or repairs, stable and undamaged.
