Rare 1958-1959 Höfner Violin bass with cigar pickups. By some considerade the best sounding pickups on a violing bass. Original finish in back and sides, refin top. Has at some point had a bigger control plate, now restored. Touch up by the heal from a previous repair.
We believe we right now have the worlds biggest collection of vintage Höfner violin basses being offered for sale, with 12 bases in total.
