It is an overdrive pedal with a smooth distortion unique to tube amplifiers and smooth sustain with MOS-FET IC. Controls are Distortion, Level and 3 Bass/Middle/Treble EQ. The name is "Distortion", but the sound is an impression of an ampliked natural overdrive. Even if the Distortion knob is the maximum, it will not be crazy. It is a very popular model overseas because it was designed in the United States.
