Stratocaster type guitar with agathis body and hand carved "howling wolf" design. 3 singlecoil pickups with " super 7" switching layout. This allows the bridge pickup to be added to any position of the toggle switch to expand the possible pickup selections from 5 to 7. All standard strat positons but also bridge and neck together, or all three pickups selected together. The Led light lets you know when the bridge pickup is selected and runs on a 9v battery. it is wied so that the guitar will still be fully functional even if the battery goes dead. If a second tone pot is required instead of an Led then there is no extra cost

All of my guitars are handmade in the James custom guitars workshop with nearly no power tools. Only a drill, jigsaw and router are used during the rough shaping process to speed up the material removal. All final shaping of the body, neck and neck joints and sanding is done completely without the use of power tools to ensure the utmost accuracy and a natural feel to our guitars. Who wants a guitar that feels like its one of a million exactly the same? these guitars are not made using kits or templates (except for the pickup cavities) , they are made by hand and are one off guitars using locally sourced Irish tonewood where possible (Brazilian rosewood comes from brazil of course !!)
These guitars are completely handmade and as a result they are not perfect copies of the guitars they are based on. We do not make copies. Our guitars may be based on traditional designs in shape but the materials used, wiring configurations and finishes are not the same that you will find on big brand guitars
