The transistor was replaced with NKT275, which seems to be vintage. It is a modifi product of JH-F2 by YORKIE.CUSTOM.PEDALS, famous for pedals such as "Re: 275"! The dead sound like a germanium transistor is finished in an attractive fuzz face. Like a real fuzz face, both Volume and FUZZ can make a sound by adjusting the guitar volumes.
