The mini -switch allows you to select two different clipping diodes and get two types of drive sounds. Both are tuned up to create asymmetric signals like the tube amplifier, and the germanium diode is selected at the bottom, giving a smooth drive sound that is subtle from silicon diodes. In the above position, "LED" is selected as a clipping diode, with less compression and clearer sounds. Push a tube amplifier and create a vulgar drive sound, as well as a fat sound like a tube amplifier, even if you use it alone. KEELEY's modified products are gradually becoming more difficult to obtain.
