Amber Sunburst. Mahogany body with flamed maple top. Double multiple bindings around body. Mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard. 24 3/4 scale with 23 (!) medium jumbo frets. EZ lock tuners by Wilkinson. Extra long necktenon construction.
Lighweight vintage compressed aluminum wraparound bridge by Wilkinson for great tone, sustain and perfect intonation. Vintage double cream pickups by Giovanni: GVH-1 alnico pickups for vintage PAF tone. DC resistance: neck 8,0 k and bridge 8,8 k. Volume+tone with 2 push-pull pots for singlecoil-humbucker option on each pickup.
3 strapholders.Vintage amber switchtip. Cool "cateye" inputjack. Pro level gigbag with Malmberg stitched logo. Daddario 10-46 strings.
This updated reissue of the 1970 Malmberg is produced and redesigned by Björn Clern and superbly made in Korea under license from Mr. Göran Malmberg. Inspected and signed by Göran Malmberg himself!
