We love those small, all mahogany body, Martin guitars !
This one is light as a feather, responsive to the slightest touch and has that stellar & crisp sound, for which those old Martins are known for!
Serial number dates the guitar to 1947
Vintage style open gear Gotoh tuners with butter bean style knobs.
Just had a fresh set-up. Action is good. Has had a neck reset in the past and is not in need for one now
RW bridge looks original but has probably been reglued
Beautiful original pickguard
Repaired pickguard crack & a crack on the back (lower bout)
Scaloped braces and thin maple bridge plate
Comes in a non original newer case.
