This is an amazing find & a great example of what Martin specialized in…making such fabulous sounding Dreadnaught models of all types. This is a very special 50 year old D-12-35 a 12-Fret 12-String model in excellent all original shape. This is the 1 of the earliest production D-12-35’s having a super clean very grainy Spruce top. It’s now sporting a reproduction pickgard. Its book matched Indian Rosewood back & sides are simply stunning w/colorful stripes down all 3 panels. Its bound headstock w/its classic Martin logo is stunning. Its 1 piece mahogany neck is the perfect size that plays great & has a user friendly neck angle. Its Dot inlaid bound ebony fingerboard & bridge are also perfect w/no issues. Its original 60's type 6-on-a-side tuners hold tune well. No cracks or repairs ever. This is a dream guitar for most anyone seriously wanting a great Martin 12-string w/super sound quality. Its Incredible ! She’s truly excellent overall & comes in a nice original Black Tolex/Blue Lined hard case.
