Martin / D-12-35 / 1969 / Natural / Guitar

The last of the coolest original Martin 12-strings made with the most beautiful Brazilian Rosewood just prior to when Martin went to using the less desirable Indian Rosewood, thisD-35 has the early 12-fret style body which was always known to have far better bass response then its 14-fret siblings, its Spruce top is made w/a fine grainey selection having what appears to be a perfect replacement black pickgard, its back & sides are gloriously striped & colorful as one would think, its mahogany neck has a nice bound ebony fingerboard that isnfull sized yet very comfortable w/an excellent set for low action & beautiful tonequality, its tuners are of the older style which are cleaner & lighter than the massive Grover type used by late 1969, it has 1 very well repaired backcrack almost invisible to the eye, otherwise she is all original & just a great 12-string that anyone would cherish, it is excellent overall & comes with its original blue molded hard shell case.
