This is a fabulous example from the final production run of cool Brazilian Rosewood D-28’s used by Martin, its spruce top is beautiful having only a newer type repro pickgard, otherwise nothing is taken from its originality, its Rosewood back & sides are stupendous in w/very colorful striping & its book matched beauty, factory Grover tuners work well, it has the 1st owners name in marker inside the soundhole by the center seam on the back, its neck set is good & she plays & sounds terrific, no cracks or repairs ever & it is one of the last cool D-28’s ever produced by Martin, it is excellent overall & is certainly worth your consideration, comes with a nice 80’s type Martin hard case.
