1976 Martin D-76 Bicentennial - Natural incl. orig. hardshell case
Super clean and rare 1976 Martin D-76 dreadnought acoustic guitar in excellent condition. In 1976 the C. F. Martin company released the D-76, commemmorating the 200th anniversary of the United State's independence. This model was limited to 1976 pieces, this guitar is #1928 of 1976. The Martin D-76 Bicentennial Commemmorative Limited Edition model features a spruce top, 3-piece Indian Rosewood back and sides with Herrinbone purfling between the panels, a mahogany neck with an unbound ebony fingerboard sporting 5-pointed star position markers, and an engraved pearl inlay of a bald eagle on the headstock, the bridge is ebony. Furthermore an engraved metal plate on the neck block listing the guitar name, its rank in the production run, and the serial number. The original frets are still in great shape and will last another life. Comes in its orig. Martin hardshellcase.
